Our merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days after delivery of package (for domestic deliveries) and 30 days after delivery of package (for international deliveries). Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered. All returned merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment.

* All promotional items including promo code discount could not be refunded or exchanged in any case. For example, changing sizes, colours, and models are not accepted for all sale items.

How to send in your return/exchange

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. To ship an item back to MUSE please:

  1.  Print out our return/exchange form. Fill out the form indicating whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).

For return items : Refund will be in the original form of payment.

* For bank transfer, please indicate your bank number and name.

  1. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await for your package. Please send an email to with the order number, the item, and size you would like to hold.
  2. We are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or colour, we suggest you return it for a full refund and purchase the new item separately.
  3.  Please pack and seal your item(s) in its original box and packaging along   with the return/exchange form. To ensure successful delivery of your return package, we recommend using an insured carrier service.  Additionally, please note that your shipment must be sent prepaid, we will not accept any C.O.D. deliveries.

– Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface, so be sure to try on shoes on carpet.

– All returns will be the customer’s responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. Please keep hold of your proof of postage until it is confirmed that we have your package.

– We only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
